Hi currently it's not possible. You can use the contact or address type field to ask multiple data in single screen though (because they all are customizable).

Just thought about this today! I wish there's an option for this! I used Youform for conferences leads. Feedback from candidate is that they often prefer a single page v.s. multiple page. If there's an option for this would be lovely.

A great one, especially for simple forms (e.g. name/email/message).
