[Bug Report] Data not updated
After cloning a multi select block, editing the options usually don't update the content. The UI shows the new options, but when publish or reload the page, it shows the previous content.

Abhishek Sorry. Here is how you can replicate it: 1. Create a single-select block 2. Duplicate it 3. Within the duplicated block, edit one option 4. Delete another option Expected: the right option is deleted Actual: the wrong option is deleted Screen record: https://share.cleanshot.com/bGcKRQ24
