different email targets

Hi, first off, very promising software, but there are some bugs. I was only able to use the upload form (during testing) intermittently. Sometimes just didn't work. Feature request #1.: allow different conditions to update some of the email settings. for example, if user chooses option 1, the documents uploaded will go to email addressed: [email protected]. If user chooses option 2, the uploads will be emailed to [email protected]. #2. With regard to #1, allow the results of different logical conditions to be routed to another section. For example, a user could choose option 1 or option 2, each with it's own different upload forms, but after the uploads are submitted, there is a common "thank you" page. Sorry if this is unclear. I would be happy to go into detail if you like. Thanks!

Hey DJ Fix, the request #1 can’t be achieved right now. We will be adding the workflow feature for this soon. Meanwhile you can easily achieve your using Zapier. Let me know if you need more details. Request #2 can already be done. Just check the logic feature from right side when you create multiple choice questions. Regarding the file upload bug can you send me the form you tried and ideally a screen recording to [email protected]?

Abhishek here is a link to the form. https://app.youform.com/forms/o2sp79pj Please note, it is not fully functional (as you will see). only the first option under "Vendor Name": AMS is working, but it gives supplies the sections to upload docs. For the second issue, let me describe it with a little more detail: There is an option called CONDESA WARRANTY CLAIM SUBMITTAL FORM, and one called JAM AM&S WARRANTY CLAIM SUBMITTAL FORM. Each option leads to its own upload page. After the user uploads the required forms, the form is essentially finished. But currently, in the case of someone choosing the "Condesa Work Ticket Upload" option, after uploading the correct docs, the form continues to the JAM AM&S WARRANTY CLAIM SUBMITTAL FORM. Can this be changed?

Abhishek, Hey, after some time working, I think I have most of my issues resolved. I simplified a few items in order to accomplish what I need. a couple issues: 1. The file upload feature has some issues with Safari. Works ok with other browsers. 2. It doesn't appear that you can select which information shows up on the notification emails. As you can see in the example, in spite of the fact that the vendor EV was chosen, blank notes for the other vendors (AMS, Condesa) appeared. Would be great if you could conditionally display this info. 3. Although I have found a workaround, it would be helpful if email settings could also be conditional, so that a different recipient would be selected based on, in my case, which vendor was chosen. Otherwise, everything is fairly easy and intuitive. Thank you for your help! -Jon
