I am looking for this as well. The reason this is so helpful is you can essentially ask the respondent for several different answers in one question. This really helps when trying to keep surveys short.

Abhishek could be a matrix where you rate multiple things at once for example a hotel experience might say would you rate room, service , food, etc. this would allow in one question to allow multiple selections at once https://www.zonkafeedback.com/blog/matrix-surveys
