Nice to have the Single Select Option Block with an Embeded Google URL Option

Nice to have the Single Select Option Block with an Embeded Google URL Option for inserting a Google Map as well. Thanks much if possible. I want the ability to hide the "Next" button on the form plus embeded the a Google Map. I can't hide the "Next" button in a Statement Block and I can't embeded the Google Map in the Single Option Block. it would be nice to have these two features accessible in at least one block.
