Repeatable fields: let respondents "add another line"

Let a respondent add as many copies of a set of fields as they need, like adding rows to a table. Example use case from a customer: an annual budget request form where each expense line has a name, a description and a cost. The form builder can't know in advance how many line items a respondent will need. Today the only workaround is building N fixed pages with "Add another?" logic jumps. Ideas: a "Repeater" block that wraps a Multi-Question Page and shows an "Add another" button; answers stored as a list.
