Webhook for partial submission [Workaround available see pinned comment]

If there would be an opt in that partial submissions, were instantly Send to Webhook like in Typeform there is no need for all this Zapier Overtooling. Pretty Important feature in my eyes, at the current form it doesnt got much Value that Presubmissions are "technically possible" for the most Customers. Sry it does sound waaay more judgy than i intendet to, im just trying to help make it better :D
